8-11 AM: Meditation and breathwork, yoga practice

12.30-3 PM: Free time

LOCATION
Le moulin d’Ozon est un petit écrin de 2 hectares à deux pas de la ville d’Aubenas, en Ardèche.
Le lieu est traversé par la rivière “l’Auzon”, bordé d’une forêt. Il est composé de jardins arborés et fleuris, d’une plaine à chevaux, de vergers, d’une piscine, de ter- rasses ombragées d’arbres centenaires, d’un théâtre de verdure, de chemins de randonnée partant dans les bois et sur les collines environnantes...

Hi, I am Marc Tran, founder of Martial Yoga.
I am a martial artist and a yoga teacher.
I practice, study and teach Yoga, Taekwondo and inversions. I also explore other practices like climbing and gymnastics.
I have had the chance to learn from incredible teachers so it is now my time to share these tools (yoga, martial art, meditation, mindset) so they can help and serve others.
My mission is to empower people to unlock their potential.
