What did you learn in 2020?
I learned, even more, to focus my attention and energy on things that I under my control, which pretty much summarises to control my mind.
I had one main priority in 2020:
šTo practice more than ever and become a better practitioner
in order to become a better teacher by empowering and guiding others.
ā
ā
Here are my thoughts for 2021:
ā
š§āāļø- Cultivate a healthy mind in a healthy body. Period. (no one can do it for you)
ā
š¤øāāļø- Mental health and physical health go hands in hands.
ā
š§ - Strengthen your immune system, it starts with your thoughts and your mindset.
ā
š - Forget resolutions, build long-lasting habits, routines or rituals.
ā
š± - Celebrate your progress and your growth even the tiniest results.
ā
š³- Take care of yourself to take care of others.
ā
š§š»āš¤āš§š½- Surround yourself with people who want the best of you and lift you up.
ā
šŖ - Be present for others, time and attention is the best gift you can give to someone.
ā
š- "Love people, use things, the opposite never works" - the Minimalists
ā
š - Be grateful for what you have today and strive to work on what you want tomorrow.
ā
š- Do what you love and love what you do.
ā
šÆ- Start this thing, activity, practice that is truly important to you and that you have been postponing until now. 'The right moment' is a myth, it is usually an excuse from your ego
ā
š§- Challenge yourself to grow, and lift someone else in your journey.
ā
š- We are capable of much more than we think we are.
ā
š„- Practice, persist, persevere
