The skeleton is the foundation of our bodies and the spine is the main pillar of this foundation.
As humans, it is normal to be able to use effectively our bodies.
We are designed to move.
How much and how well are we actually moving?
You can think of the healthy human body as a well-oiled machine. When it is properly taken care of it can move and flow superbly and for a long time.
When it is not this is when a lot of preventable health issues are happening: arthritis, back problems, joints pain, poor mobility.
We want to be able to use our joints smoothly and ideally aim to use to them to the full range of motion available.

A solution is more education about how to take of our body and how to maintain it to function properly.
I created this free morning mobility series to guide and help people into a home practice.
I really encourage you to practice it on a daily basis form the comfort of your home.
I believe moving in the morning is the best way to prepare yourself for the rest of your day. It will help you with focus, energy and calm.
